Terms of service

Services Offered:
PxPerfect Studio provides the following services: Web design and Webflow development. Each project is individually discussed with the client, and the timelines and pricing vary depending on the complexity and specific needs.
Payment Terms:
Payment for services is made in two stages:
- 50% of the total amount is due upon signing the contract or quote before the project begins.
- The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the project, once the client is fully satisfied.
  Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card via PxPerfect Studio’s professional bank account.
Delivery Timeframes:
Timeframes are defined at the beginning of each project based on its complexity and the agreement with the client.
Cancellation and Termination:
In the event of project cancellation after commencement, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If the project is terminated before completion, the client will be billed for the work already completed.
Liability:
PxPerfect Studio is not responsible for any modifications made by the client or third parties to the work delivered. Any alteration made by others absolves PxPerfect Studio of any responsibility. Additionally, we are not responsible for any issues related to Webflow or the domain provider used by the client.
